Explore your opportunity to not only own flooded timber on Bayou DeView, but also join a large tract of Cache River Refuge timber. Hurricane Lake sits just off the property boundary making it easily accessible and quick to reach with both Big and Little York Lakes also nearby to the southwest. The hunting property is enrolled in the WRE program, but fortunately has an electric well and two risers already in place for easy artificial flooding. There are permanent blinds in two of the four established timber holes and a few skid blinds in the moist soil units which together provide plenty of hunting opportunities. In addition to the timber duck hunting that the Bayou DeView area is known for, this area also produces some large whitetails.
The lodge is 1,960 ft2 of heated living space, 510 ft2 of which is the garage that has been converted to a combination game and mud room. The 1,450 ft2 main portion of the camp consists of 4 beds and 2 full baths. Each bedroom has its' own closet space to keep things put away and organized. The 30'x40' shop is only a few years old and provides plenty of space for boats, UTV's, and decoys while still having plenty of room for a cleaning station to clean your harvest from the day. The lodge and shop sit on 3.32 surveyed acres providing plenty of room for the kids to play in the yards, train dogs, or shoot guns in the backyard.
